1. Introduction

Presentile specializes in medical presentation design, including templates, infographics and presentations which are provided on the Website or through direct communication with our team.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing for services is detailed on the Website and may be subject to change without notice.

• Payments must be made in full before project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 10).

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, and deliverables created by Presentile are the intellectual property of Presentile until full payment is received.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose.  

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the content provided for the presentation does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.  

7. Confidentiality

Presentile maintains strict confidentiality regarding client content and project details. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be provided upon request to ensure additional privacy.

8. Delivery Timeline

• Presentile requires xx days for standard project completion, starting from the date all required content and payment are received.

• Expedited services may be available at an additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

Presentile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or Website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, provided delays are not caused by the client.

• Significant errors or omissions in the final deliverable that cannot be corrected. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project delivery.

11. Website Usage

• You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Unauthorized attempts to access, modify, or disrupt the Website’s functionality are strictly prohibited.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Presentile is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

13. Amendments

Presentile reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

15. Quotations and Proposals

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Proposals outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
