Review and Learning Design Approval

We present the selected module structure and work through revision rounds until the learning design and visual presentation meet the client's requirements. Nothing moves into final production until the structure, content, and visual direction have been approved.

How is medical eLearning different from eLearning in other industries?

Medical eLearning has to carry scientific accuracy, instructional design built specifically for healthcare professionals, and visual explanation of complex content like mechanism-of-action and disease-state science. Generic corporate eLearning was never built to hold that level of clinical and regulatory weight.

Will the modules work with our LMS and SCORM or xAPI setup?

Yes. We design presentations to SCORM and xAPI standards, so they deploy directly into the enterprise LMS platforms used across pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations. Output is also compatible with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate. Compatibility is confirmed before production starts.

What formats do we actually get at the end of the project?

You get an editable presentation built to SCORM and xAPI standards, along with the source files so your own team or LMS provider can package and deploy it. Scientific figures and interactive PDF handouts are included as well. The source files matter most here, since they mean your team can update the content yourselves as the science or compliance requirements change.

How do you know if people actually retained the information, not just clicked through the presentation?

We design the content around scenario-based questions and knowledge checks tied to the specific objective of each section, so retention can be tested at the point where understanding actually matters, not as an afterthought once the presentation's already over. The structure is built to support whatever assessment engine your LMS uses.

Why use a custom-designed medical eLearning presentation instead of generating one with AI?

AI tools can produce content fast, but they can't apply instructional design, validate scientific accuracy, or manage a proper medical review process. Good medical eLearning needs clear learning objectives, structured progression, and a well-designed assessment flow, none of which AI generates reliably on its own.

Who actually designs the presentations, your in-house team or freelancers?

Our in-house team designs every presentation, never outsourced to freelancers. Our designers are medically graduated, so they understand the science before they start structuring it into a learning presentation. You're working with one team from start to finish, not a different freelancer for design and another for instructional structure.

Can you handle unpublished clinical data or pre-launch pharmaceutical content?

Yes. We agree confidentiality terms before any materials are shared, and work under NDA for pre-launch pharmaceutical content, clinical trial data, and medical affairs materials that haven't entered the public domain yet.

Do you only work on clinical and scientific content, or also internal training like compliance or business skills?

We work across both. Scientific and clinical content is our core focus, but we also design internal training presentations for marketing courses, business skills, compliance, and onboarding programmes within pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations.
